How Weekly Cashback Works
At the end of each calendar week, db calculates your total losses for that week. Total bets minus total winnings gives your net loss. Your VIP tier's cashback rate is applied to that net loss and the amount is credited directly to your account.
No claim or request needed — cashback is given automatically. If you are in profit for the week, cashback does not apply; it is only available in weeks where you have a net loss.
