1Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "db" or "platform" refers to the db-bet.cam website and all associated digital services. "Member" or "user" refers to anyone who has created an account or is using services on this platform. "Transaction" refers to the transfer of funds through deposits, withdrawals, or bets.

These terms apply equally to all db services — sports betting, casino games, fishing games, crash games, and all other sections. Specific additional rules may apply to individual sections, but they do not replace these main terms and conditions.

This document is written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. If any part of the document is unclear, please contact our support team.

2Account Registration

To create an account on db, members must meet the following requirements:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number or email address provided at registration will be used for verification.
• Multiple accounts from the same household may not be operated.
• db reserves the right to cancel any account and associated balance if it is found to have been registered with false or misleading information.

2.1 Identity Verification

db reserves the right to verify a member's identity (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or to ensure account security. This process may require official documents such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3Age Requirements

Members must be at least 21 years old to create an account on db and participate in any betting or casino activity. This platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors.

By registering, the member confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. However, db may request proof of age at any time if there is reason to doubt. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be closed and all winnings may be forfeited.

4Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. The following must be observed to ensure security:

• Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out when your session is over.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

db will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account by a third party, unless it is caused by a flaw in db's own security systems.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The currently accepted deposit methods on db are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Members must deposit only using a payment method registered in their own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and may be returned or temporarily held.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• db reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious betting patterns or rule violations are detected.

6Bonuses and Promotions

db offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own wagering conditions, which members must read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering conditions must be met first.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or device attempt to claim bonuses, the bonuses on all accounts may be cancelled.
• db reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if a specific rule violation is proven.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only and are not transferable.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, db reserves the right to cancel or review a bet in the following situations:

• If odds were set based on incorrect or incomplete information.
• If the event was held before it started or under changed rules.
• If incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match fixing or unusual betting patterns is found.

7.2 Maximum Payout Limit

A maximum payout limit may apply for each event or game. This information is shown on the platform when placing a bet. Winnings beyond this limit will not be paid out.

7.3 Prohibited Betting Methods

The following methods are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Coordinated betting on the same event through multiple accounts (arbitrage).
• Using bonuses solely to complete wagering without meeting the bonus terms.
• Betting based on insider information or information obtained through illegal means.

8Technical Issues

db strives to maintain a reliable and stable platform. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to internet disruptions, server maintenance, or third-party service failures.

If a connection is lost during a game or betting session, db will determine the outcome based on the latest data saved in its system. In most cases this ensures a fair result for the member, but in certain situations the bet may be cancelled and the original stake returned.

If a software error causes a win to be displayed incorrectly, that win will be considered void and db reserves the right to recover any funds paid out in error.

9Account Suspension and Closure

db reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.

Members may also request temporary or permanent closure of their own account. In such cases, the support team should be notified via live chat.

10Privacy and Data Protection

db is committed to protecting members' personal information. Full details on how member data is collected, used, and stored can be found in our Privacy Policy. Members are encouraged to read it alongside these terms and conditions.

db uses SSL encryption to keep data transfers secure. Financial information is stored on separate secured servers and is never sold or shared with third parties. Information may be disclosed to designated authorities only where required by applicable law.

11Responsible Gaming

db believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. It is important not to bet beyond your means, to set your own financial limits, and to take breaks when needed.
